We have an exciting opportunity for a recent or soon to be graduate as a Graduate Management Trainee within our HR Department.

 

You will need to have achieved or be set to achieve a Master’s Degree in Psychology, as well as being able to demonstrate a can do and hands on attitude along with good written and verbal communication skills.

 

You will need to be able to display strong management skills such as assertiveness and good use of initiative, as well as administration skills and time management in order to succeed.

This job is based out of our Bedford Headquarters – MK41 0LF

 

You’ll get the support to become the future leader you have the potential to be, like many of our current management team who have also been through this scheme, you will also have the opportunity to get an overview of all our Departments, such as Admin, Logistics, Sales, Customer Services, Production, Despatch and Transport.

 

This position will be based within our HR Department, primarily assisting with Recruitment, having some exposure to ER, as well as gaining a good knowledge of our databases, and writing policies and procedures.

 

You will also attend regular training sessions and meetings designed to give you an overview of each department and roles, as well as develop your management skills.
